Return Policy

At En’tyce Your Beauty – Naturally, we take pride in crafting premium, small-batch, plant-based beauty products with the highest level of care and hygiene. Due to the handmade and personal nature of our offerings, all sales are final.

Due to the hygienic nature of our herbal hair and skin care products, we do not accept returns once items have been opened or delivered. Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be reviewed for replacement if reported within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped, in order to ensure the integrity, purity, and safety of our formulations.

Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there was an error in your order, we will gladly review and address the issue. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a resolution, please complete our Return Request Form. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition to be eligible for review. We reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement if tampering or usage is evident.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. Please do not send any items back without approval.
